1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering, or using the Profit Wala mobile application, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all these terms, you are prohibited from using this application and must uninstall it immediately.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2 Eligibility & Account Registration
To use Profit Wala and earn cash/coin rewards, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to contract and handle financial redemptions).
- You must represent that you are registering a genuine profile using your own authentic Name, Email, and Mobile Number.
CRITICAL RULE: Single Device Account Policy
To maintain security and prevent rewards dilution, each user is strictly limited to one (1) account per physical device. Creating multiple accounts on a single mobile device, or logging into multiple devices with the same account to double earnings, is strictly prohibited.
Our backend systems automatically scan and record device hardware identification parameters. Violators will have all associated accounts immediately banned, and all wallet coins forfeited without exception.
3 Rules for Earning Activities
Profit Wala provides multiple rewarding activities. Users must participate in compliance with the specific rules outlined for each feature:

4 Referral Program Guidelines
Profit Wala offers a referral system where you can invite friends to join using your unique referral code. You and the referee receive bonus coins upon successful signup and completion of milestones.
Prohibited Referral Actions (Self-Referrals)
You must invite genuine, physical individuals. Creating virtual spaces, cloning applications, or executing "self-referrals" (such as using different emails on the same mobile device to claim referral bonuses) is immediately caught by our server checks. Engaging in self-referral triggers an automatic device ban, and all earned coins will be permanently removed.
5 Payouts and Rewards Redemption
Coins earned inside Profit Wala are point virtual markers and possess no direct monetary value outside of the application. They can be redeemed for local currency (Rupees - ₹) via supported cash-out channels (Paytm, UPI, PhonePe, Bank) subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum Limit: You must cross the minimum threshold of coins specified in the withdrawal portal to initiate a redemption.
- Verification Processing: All payout requests are manually reviewed by administrators to verify that they comply with all tasks terms. Security reviews typically take 24 to 72 business hours.
- Rejection and Forfeit: If any violation is discovered during manual payout verification (e.g., duplicate device records, fake screenshot proofs, VPN signatures), the withdrawal request will be rejected, the wallet coins will be cancelled, and the account banned.
- Payout Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment coordinates (UPI handle, wallet phone number) entered. We are not liable for transfers lost due to incorrect details.
6 Anti-Cheat, VPN, and System Abuse
To preserve the absolute fairness of our rewarding ecosystem, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of system abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Device Bannings: If any device is found executing these prohibited activities, it will be automatically banned. The associated unique device hardware identity gets permanently logged in our security database (banned_devices), blocking any future attempts to register or earn rewards on that mobile hardware.
7 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
App "As Is": The application, all features, and the coin rewards system are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Third-Party Content: Earning tasks (app downloads, external links, and video platforms) and advertisements are supplied by third-party ad networks and corporate sponsors. We do not control and are not responsible for their product behaviors, accuracy, tracking outages, or missing reward logs. Any disputes regarding third-party apps must be settled directly with that specific service provider.
