2 Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to provide authentication, core app features, distribute earned rewards, and prevent fraudulent activity.
Personal Information
- Registration Details: Your Full Name, Email Address, Password, and Mobile Number are collected when you create an account manually.
- Google Sign-In: If you use Google Authentication, we access your Google Account's email address, public profile name, and profile picture URL.
- Payout Details: To process your cash withdrawals (Redemptions), we collect transaction-specific payment details such as your UPI ID, Mobile Wallet Number (e.g., Paytm/PhonePe), or Bank Account Details according to your chosen payout method.
Device & Technical Information
- Device Identifiers: We collect your unique Device ID (Android ID) and Google Advertising ID (GAID) automatically when you use the app. This is crucial for verifying task completion, tracking referrals, and preventing fraud (such as multi-accounting or bot manipulation).
- System Specifications: Device model, brand, manufacturer, operating system version, screen size, network carrier, and IP address.
Earning & Task Submissions
- Social Task Evidence: When you complete social earning tasks (such as joining a group or channel), you may submit proof (screenshots or usernames) for human administrator review. These submissions are stored temporarily to verify and reward your efforts.
- Gameplay Activity: Participation data for Quiz Tournaments, watch times for video rewards, and app installation statuses.

5 Data Security & Retention
We implement commercially viable physical, administrative, and technical security measures (such as SSL encryption and hashed passwords) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
We retain your personal details and wallet transaction history for as long as your account remains active. If your account is suspended or banned due to policy violation (cheating, emulation, VPN, or multiple accounts), we retain specific device credentials (hashed Android ID/GAID) in our banned_devices database list to prevent future circumvention of our rules.
6 Account & Data Deletion Rights
In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements, we empower users with full control over their collected information. You have the right to request deletion of all your personal and financial data stored with us at any time.
How to Request Deletion:
- In-App Deletion: Go to the Profile Screen inside the Profit Wala app and click on the "Delete Account" button. Follow the prompt to confirm.
- Email Request: Send an account deletion request from your registered email address to support@easyearn.byone.in. We will process your request within 72 hours.
Upon confirmation, your profile data, email, phone number, and coin records will be permanently erased from our active database. Hashed security device markers may remain solely to prevent abuse of our terms.
7 Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for or directed towards individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has registered and provided us with personal information, we will take immediate measures to delete that data from our servers.
